To ensure Tracknet services run on time and promptly as possible Tracknet collect passengers from set places in each town or area. Please be ready 15 minutes prior to departure time.

Queenstown:

The Station - This is a visitor centre in the heart of central Queenstown and a short walk from many hotels in Queenstown. Conveniently located on the corner of Camp and Shotover Streets.

Frankton Bus Shelter - Bus shelter in the Frankton shopping village.

Queenstown Airport - Please board at the coach station. The coach will arrive approx. 10 minutes after departure time from Queenstown.

NOTE: For the Info & Track service from Queenstown to Glenorchy and Routeburn Shelter - Meet the coach at the Info & Track office 50 meters from the Station. Duke Street Entrance.

Te Anau

Te Anau Department of Conservation - Located on the Lakefront and on the corner of Lakefront Drive and Te Anau - Manapouri Road.

NOTE: the 9.30am coach from Te Anau to Milford Sound will only collect you from here.

Safer Parking - Secure car parking in Te Anau, 48 Caswell Road.

NOTE: 9.30 am coach Te Anau to Milford Sound will ONLY collect one person from here - the driver - all other passengers in the group are to board the coach at the Department of Conservation - with the drivers luggage (pack etc). This is to ensure timely arrival at Te Anau Downs.

Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park - Our Tracknet office is located here, most services can collect you from here. Car storage, luggage storage, sauna/spa bath and showers available (See our links page).

Milford Sound

Milford Sound Visitors Centre - Main visitors area in Milford Sound - This is where the boat cruises in Milford Sound depart and where the launch from the Milford Track comes ashore.

Milford Sound Lodge - Only the 9.30am or 5.00pm departures can collect passengers from the Milford Sound Lodge.

Invercargill

Invercargill iSite Visitor Centre - Victoria Avenue, Queens Park, Invercargill. Visitors centre attached to the Museum.

Tuatara Backpackers - 30 - 32 Dee Street, Invercargill - Accommodation in Invercargill.

Other Pick Up Places

Places not listed here include the Divide, Hollyford Road End, Routeburn Shelter, Control Gates, Rainbow Reach/Swingbridge and Te Anau Downs - At these places meet us in the carpark or near the shelter.
